Change Your Life with Fitness Challenge Camps!


Lifelong Fitness -Extending Vitality

Increase your agility, balance, flexibility, aerobic capacity and muscle strength, while having fun and making new friends at the Lifelong Fitness Challenge Camps!

Join our Fitness Challenge Camps, which take place at Cobb Field, on the beautiful and convenient Stanford Campus. This three day- a-week program improves balance, strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility, while decreasing your risk for heart disease, diabetes, stroke, osteoporosis, arthritis an Alzheimer’s disease. Goal-setting and pre and post assessments gage participants’ progress.

Along with the fitness benefits received from participating in the Challenge Camps one to three times per week, it is a wonderfully-spirited group of men and women, who clearly care about one another, but also welcome newcomers into the group. The instructors are all ACE and/or American College of Sports Medicine Certified Trainers and Certified Conditioning Specialists, and they emphasize safety and proper form.

Camps are held year round, in 6-week sessions, up to three times per week, from 8:30 a.m. from 9:30 a.m. at Cobb Field on the Stanford Campus. Rain or shine.

Saturday Only (6 sessions) $60

Non-Member Fees:

Tuesday/Thursday­­­ Only (12 sessions) $125
Saturday Only (6 sessions) $80
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday (18 sessions) $150

All camp participants must have a waiver on file with the Lifelong Fitness office. The instructor will call or email if a camp day needs to be cancelled or postponed.
