Plan your Fifty-Plus Fitness Weekend by including a stop at our critically acclaimed Health Conference on Saturday, March 15, 2003 at Stanford University. It's a perfect way to relax before Sunday's athletic events while hearing the latest scoop from authorities in the areas of physical well being and physical activity for senior adults.

The 2003 Fifty-Plus Health Conference explores the theme of:

"Exercise and the Brain".

A lineup of leading experts and respected speakers will discuss the many aspects of how exercise vitalizes and improves brain function. There will also be interactive breakout sessions on Pilates, Yoga and what our Fifty-Plus Fitness Challenge Camp is all about

And don't miss the keynote presentation by Dr. Wotjek Chotzko-Zajko, chair of the Active Aging Partnership, who lead the National Blueprint on Increasing Physical Activity for People Aged Fifty and Over.
